WINEMAKING
Matured for 16 months in a combination of new (50%) and 1-year old (30%) French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTE
Subtle aromatic sage notes combine with savory leather and soot alongside ripe fruit aromas of black currant and cherries. An integrated palate follows, with dried black fruit and toasted oak flavours carried through to the varietall characteristic long, dry and dusty finish.
