A blend of estate grown Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc from Arise and Stan's Bench

WINEMAKING
Directly pressed following minimal skin contact and then fermented for one month in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTE
Initial investigation shows lively aromas of ripe strawberries, lychees and fuzzy summer peach. Subsequent random sampling reveals a juicy, mouthwatering palate with flavours of strawberries and cream with subtle rhubarb notes. The long and exuberant finish suggests another glass should be poured. For research, of course.

FOOD PAIRING                                                                                                                                                                                                     Lounging lakeside with tortilla chips and salsa while the kids have a cannonball contest off the dock (time to step in and show them how it's really done!).
